I had heard about Askinosie, but did not know that they experimented with goat milk chocolate. Sounds worth trying.

They carry Askinosie Chocolate, too! Askinosie Chocolate is a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Springfield, Missouri, sourcing 100% of their beans directly from farmers in Ecuador, Mexico, and the Philippines (and sharing their profits with them, too). They are the first small batch chocolate makers in the US to press their own cocoa butter… and they make an outstanding white chocolate with goat’s milk powder (and I don’t usually like white chocolate)!
